Imagine if The Good Pilates Club and Soho House had a love child in Ibiza and brought it to the UK… this would be it!

The wait is over!
We are so excited to finally share the details of our retreat — a long weekend designed for movement, connection, and that unmistakable Good Pilates energy, set in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside.
Think beautiful Pilates sessions, long countryside runs, slow wellness mornings, incredible food, golden hour stretches, and late night chats by the fire pit.
This is not just a retreat.
It’s a Good Pilates Club experience.
We are sharing this with our community first before it goes public, and with only 16-18 places available, this will be an intimate and very special weekend.

Example Itinerary

No two days feel rushed — everything is designed to give you the perfect balance of movement, rest, fun and connection.

Day 1 — Friday

Arrival: From 4:00 PM
Settle into your room, explore the house, grab a drink, and meet your fellow Good Pilates Club crew.

Evening Meal: Timing TBC

A relaxed welcome dinner to kick off the weekend.

Days 2 & 3 — Saturday & Sunday

07:00 — Sunrise Reset Pilates
Wake up with a slow but powerful mat Pilates flow overlooking the countryside. Think deep core, long stretches, and that post-class glow before the day even begins.
08:15 — Wellness Breakfast
Fresh sourdough, seasonal fruit, eggs, granola, smoothies and very good coffee. Slow mornings are encouraged.
09:30 — Good Pilates Run Club
A relaxed 4km countryside run through quiet Cotswolds trails. No pressure — just fresh air, good energy and a few hills to wake up the legs.
10:30 — Smoothies, Matcha & Chill
Post-run smoothies, iced matcha and time to sit outside, read, journal or dip in the pool.
11:30 — The Sculpt Session
Our signature spicy Pilates sculpt class using bands, ankle weights and small props to recreate that reformer-style burn.
12:45 — Long Lunch
Seasonal sharing plates, big colourful salads and fresh local ingredients. Lunch that feels like a holiday.
14:00 — Free Time / Choose Your Adventure
Spend the afternoon however you like:
• Walk into a nearby Cotswolds village for coffee and little shops
• Join the group for a countryside hike
• Book a massage or facial
• Sunbathe and read by the pool
• Journal, relax or do absolutely nothing
16:30 — Barre Burn
A high-energy barre class that will leave your legs shaking in the best possible way.
17:30 — Golden Hour Stretch
Slow mobility and stretch Pilates as the sun begins to set.
19:00 — Cotswolds Dinner Club
Beautiful shared dinners, candles everywhere, incredible food and the best conversations.
21:00 — Wind Down
Movie night in the cinema room, herbal tea by the fire pit, or a glass of wine under the stars.

Day 4 — Monday

Breakfast: Timing TBC
One last slow morning together before departure.

Booking Process

We have a very simple process to get your place confirmed for the Retreat;


Step 1 — Expression of Interest - email hello@goodpilatesclub.co with the room option you would like.
Step 2 — Deposit - you will receive an invoice for a £250 non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
Step 3 — Final Payment - you will then be invoiced for the remaining balance:
Early Bird Rates: apply to payments received before 15 April 2026
Standard Rates: apply to payments received after 16 April 2026
